When do you take payment?

We do require a credit card at the time of booking, we use this to charge for your room and also as a security/bond. We do not charge the card prior to check in. However if you cancel within 48 hours you are required to pay 50% of the tariff, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

What do you do with my email / personal details?

We only use your email to send a confirmation of your booking. YOU must have an email confirmation of your booking to ensure a room at the motel. Especially for group bookings!

Are you pet friendly?

No – but we hope to be soon. We only allow dogs that are accredited service animals that have up to date accreditation paper work that show it’s passed the public access test. As per the disability discrimination act – Therapy pets do not fall under this heading and are not allowed.

Do you have a free BBQ to use at the motel?

We do not have BBQ facilities however there are loads of free BBQ facilities around Tallangatta to use. We also are willing and able to provide BBQ dinners for large group bookings (COVID restrictions willing).

Do you have a laundry?

There is a 24 hour laundry directly across from us on the Main Street of Tallangatta.
